Quick Step provides administrative and support services in immigration processes, including, among others, the filling out of immigration forms, case follow-up before USCIS, sending applications, and responding to requests for evidence (RFE) based exclusively on the information provided by the client.
Quick Step is NOT a law firm, DOES NOT provide legal advice, and DOES NOT substitute the advice of a licensed attorney . At no time do we review your answers for legal sufficiency, issue legal conclusions, provide legal opinions, legal counseling, legal recommendations, strategies, nor apply the law to the particular facts of your case. The user agrees to indemnify and hold Quick Step harmless from claims derived from the improper use of the Services.
22. USER DATA
The user is responsible for backing up their information.
23. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
The user accepts the use of electronic communications and signatures.
24. USERS OF THE UNITED STATES
If any complaint or claim presented to Quick Step is not resolved in a satisfactory manner, users residing in any state of the United States may file their claim before the corresponding consumer protection authority of the state in which they reside, in accordance with the applicable laws and procedures of said state. Additionally, users may have additional rights and remedies under state and federal consumer protection laws of the United States, which may vary from one state to another. Nothing provided in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes the non-waivable rights that correspond to users according to the applicable legislation. 25. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
There is no employment, partnership, nor agency relationship between the user and Quick Step.
26. EXPIRATION OF SERVICES
Access to prepared documents will be available for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
